A ten foot tendril lies within your throat and can be spat at great speed to sting those within immediate range. The tendril does 4 points of damage on a successful attack and injects the first component of a strong poison into the target. If two successful attacks are made with the tendril then the second component of the poison is injected as well. When the two components interact in the body they cause an additional 4 points of ambient bleeding damage as arteries burst and organs begin to rupture.
