A head of a wasp or a fly, hairy spider arms, or even cockroach legs – any body part you can think of can become insectoid in nature. You could roll for what limb/limbs are affected and even what insect it resembles.

    This would fall under cosmetic as i don’t see any boosts given by the mutation as a distinctive mutation would
