Kill Shout : Cypher

Description

A regular slug spitter handle and trigger mechanism with the top half replaced by two items.  First a small box with a screen on one side and a speaker on the other that translates anything you say into a very loud, painful language.  Directly in front of the speaker, a cone has been welded/taped/etc. to amplify the sound to pretty gnarly volumes.

Enemies in the cone’s blast radius (Short distance) hear the screeching cry of a lost tongue that is amplified to insane volumes.  This audio blast does damage that ignores armor equal to the cypher’s level.  Any PC’s caught in the blast must make an intellect defense equal to the cypher’s level minus 2 or take the damage.
