Once activated, works for 1d6 rounds, then starts blinking and loudly beeping. For each round past the roll result, on a roll of 1 in 1d4 the cypher explodes and does 5 damage to everything within immediate range of it. To deactivate, everyone but the original user must succeed at a difficulty 4 Intelligence task.
Engulfs everything within short range in a zone of altered gravity. Roll 1d4 for a random effect:
- Zero gravity
- Low gravity
- Normal gravity
- Double gravity
Can be preconfigured with a difficulty 4 Intelligence task for any gravitational force and vector and a difficulty 6 Intelligence task for a fixed duration of up to 1 minute.
