Description
This small device can take on many forms, but in the end it contains some kind of liquid that should have some means of delivery into a human’s system. Once introduced the changes are almost immediate, but the will of the imbiber is at work as well; shaping the process to his, or her, desire.

Once the controlled mutagen has been introduced to one’s system, the PC can either cure a mutation, or randomly roll for another. The benefit of this cypher is that whatever you roll you can choose any mutation that is within two selections of the one you rolled. This allows for a suite of choices for the PC in question.
