Details

Level:
1d6+2
Form:
Medium blunt weapon
Depletion:
1 in d10 (10%)
Effect:

When used as a melee weapon, it does 2 points of regular damage and 2 points of ambient fire damage. Upon activation, the torch begins to spout fast orange sparks lasting for a number of rounds equal to the artifact’s level. On a successful hit, it ‘paints’ a target in fire, causing their whole form to glow and acting as an asset to ranged attacks against it for as long as it remains in immediate range of the torch. This light can be seen through fog and partial cover, but does not provide an asset if the target has full concealment. Depletion upon activation, not upon each attack.
