Once equipped, a Messenger can absorb the sound of your voice and broadcast it to other Messengers within a 100 mile radius. With an Intellect task equal to the artifacts level a player can change the frequency of his/her Messenger in order to establish a private network of communication. Note: Intelligent NPC’s with Messenger artifacts might sometimes wander within your broadcasting range and you might hear faint chatter through your own Messenger as it picks it up.
