Torches are the average member of The White Flame, Numerous and completely devoted to the cause. There are 2 main difference between Candles and Torches: Control over Fire and advanced combat training. A Torch’s job is tutoring their Candle and enforcing the will of their Lantern. Rarely will you see Any member of The White Flame on its own.

- Combat:
Torches are skilled combatants, having fought against mutations numerous times. This has a negative effect though, when fighting against anything that isn’t a human mutant their combat skills are limited.
- Interaction:
Torches are fanatical, if they get the slightest indication that you’re a mutant they will string you up without hesitation.
- Use:
Torches are great for showing the fanatical cult-like nature of The White Flame. Show them murdering mutants or bullying local politicians into allowing a White Flame presence in the area.
- Loot:
Torches usually have 2d6 shins, a weapon, medium armor, and 1d6 flame based cyphers.
