Description
A key to reality, or maybe just an object made of harnessed anti-matter, the Obliterator is a powerful piece of technology that is able to utterly annihilate something from existence. So long as contact can be made the device will disappear with its prey to no one knows where.

Once the function has been identified, the cypher can be utilized in several different ways depending on how the GM wants to use it in game. The Obliterator is able to utterly destroy something of its level or less. This ability can sometimes be tied to a certain material, or enemy though so that it will do nothing against other targets.
