Description
In other worlds it would have been a cutting tool that drew its ability from the moisture in the air around it, but in the Ninth World someone has made it into a weapon. With a swing it generates a strong, fast and thin blade of water, capable of cutting even metal.

- A long canister, about 15 inches (0,6m), that resembles a rusty old pipe with some parts that have no obvious use from previous modifications. Someone has put some cloth around it to improve the grip and the look.

You use it as a Light Weapon, but deals . Ignores 2 point of Armor.
It only works in places with humidity – when in dry places (like deserts) it cannot recharge its cells effectively. As a result, you can only use it a number of times equal to its Level before it dries out. This condition is in addition to the depletion roll and has the same effect.
